| 1. How can I customized cabinet? |
| Give us your floor plan or kitchen layout and tell us the style and material you prefer, then we can design for you. |
| 2. Delivery time? |
| The production time is depends on the material. Normally lacquer products require 40-45 days as we need to make sure |
| our quality & fit the standard. |
| 3. Payment Term? |
| We can do FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR depends on your need. Deposit will be required before production & the balance will be |
| paid before delivery. |
| 4. How do you control the quality? |
| Our QC team will check the cabinet dimension according to the final drawing as well as the countertop cutting dimension. |
| We will also check the quality of the door finish (especially for lacquer kitchen door), carcass edge banding before packing. |
| 5. Can you help me for cabinet installation? |
| We don't have installer oversea but we can discuss and find a way to support you. Installation guide will be offered freely. |
